Portfolio Analyzer Multidimensional Connection wizard

I have a weird situation where a portfolio analyzer cube has been
successfully built and views have been created, but when certain users try to
access those views, they get a Multidimensional Connection wizard. It says
"this wizard will help you connect to a multidimensional data source". It
gives you two radio choices, analysis server or cube file. It also says that
"You need to provide authentication information only if you are establishing
an HTTP connection" and asks for user id and password. A screenshot would
have been nice Has anyone seen this before and how do I get rid of it?

Shawn,

Make sure the users are actually trying to access the OLAP cube from PWA
through the Office Web Components. The wizard you're describing is usually
displayed when trying to connect to a cube from Microsoft Excel. In PWA, I
have never seen or heard of that.

Hi Marc,

The user is in PWA and the wizard pops up when she clicks on the "analyze
projects in portfolio analyzer" link in the project center. What could be
causing the wizard to pop up?
