Portfolio Analyzer not working correctly

I am using Project Server 2003 and trying to run various reports in Analyze
resources Portfolio Analyzer. When I select resources to run reports on all
of my resources are not showing up. Specifically the 4 resources added to my
enterprise resource pool last. Also when I choose Projects to analyze only
4 of the initial projects added show up (there are at least a dozen more
projects). I am not sure why this is happening or how to correct it. Any
suggestions are appreciated.

Not to sound patronizing, but is your cube being updated automatically,
or manually? Symptoms are an untimely cube!
