Portfolio analyzer permission...

I have a user that gets an error when acessing the Porrtfolio Analyzer.

(Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.
The cube may not exist, or you may not have permissions to access the cube.)

This user has the same permission as other users who can see it fine. What
gives? Could it be the lack of Office Web Components?

Most likely, this user has not yet been added to the “OLAP Administratorâ€
local group on the Project Server system. Your server administrator should
be able to do this for you.

Don't you mean the cube role? Or maybe a global group that is a member of a
cube role?

Is the user a member of a Project Server group that has access to the cube?
Is the user a member in a cube role, or a member of a global security group
that is a member of a cube role?

If these answers are yes, then it is also possible that a reinstall of the
OWCs might help.
