Portfolio Analyzer - Resource Utilization

Good morning
I have the following view in the Analyzer:

Resource Busines Unit Resource Project Availability Work
Utilization
BU1 RES1 PROJ1 100H 100H
100%
PROJ2 100H
50H 50%
RES2 PROJ1 0H
PROJ2 0H

My questions are:
1. why does the view show projects under resources when the resource is
not attached to the project and has no work?
2. is it possible to restrict the view to those resources where
availability is > zero?

It sounds like you are using Project Server SP2a, which means that when you
add Availability to your Portfolio Analyzer view, the system automatically
displays all resources. Another user in this group noted that this is
different behavior from SP1. I'm not aware of any way to work around this
issue. Sorry.

There's a fix coming out for this that will allow you to determine which
behavior you want your system to follow.
