Portfolio Analyzer View Error

I have created an OLAP cube successfully, but when I try to create a
Portfolio Analyzer view in PWA under manage views I get this error

Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.

Possible Cause : The cube has not yet been built, or it is currently being
generated, or you do not have permission to access the cube.
Database 'Cnatranet' does not exist.

The OLAP admin account has been created and has access to the Analysis
Services so I am not sure where to go from here. I checked the event log for
any errors but am unable to find any that pertain to this action. Any
suggestions.

Hey there guys. I am stumped.

I defined a reole in the cube and added my domain account. This should have
granted me access to the Cube data within Portfolio Analyzer; however it
doesn't.

How are users granted rights to the cube data?

Please let us know if this is Project Server 2003 or 2007?

Did you give yourself the right permssions through PWA security groups?

this is a continuation of the thread for 2003.

Access is granted to Portfolio Analyzer for the admin group.

Here is what is odd. 1 member of this group can access the cube and another
cannot.

I have traced all the way back to the Role, Shared Directory exc.. and
cannot find the culprit.
