Portfolio Analyzer view IN PWA - No permission to access cube

I am getting the following msg when creating portfolio view: "The cube has not yet been built, or it is currently being generated, or you do not have permissions to access the cube."

The OLAP cube has been generated successfully. Using the Analysis Manager, I have assigned the database roles using the relevant user accounts to the OLAP Cube (Enforce on option to 'Server' and Check all the cubes). The service pack 3 for SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services have both been installed.

Any idea what is wrong?
