portfolio.custom attribute.view in aspx."attribute not found"

I created custom attributes. I want to modify the "project.aspx" template to
have them available for my users as in a display in the documentation. I
made formatting changes to the "project.aspx" file, including adding the new
custom attributes. When the "project.aspx" is dispayed, these custom fields
say "attribute not found".
