Portfolio Modeler error in Server 2003

I am getting an error message when I try to access the Portfolio Modeler in Project Server 2003. The OLAP Cube works great otherwise and I can access and create all the Analyzer Views I want

I found a knowledgebase article on this problem for Project Server 2002, Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 822383 at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=822383 entitled PSVR2002: Error Message When You Try to Use the Portfolio Modeler. However, the recommended patch does not work on Server 2003

Does anyone have any ideas

Are there corresponding errors in the application event log on the server?
What is the exact error in the interface?
