Hi,
I have successfully installed Portfolio Server 2006 and I am able to
login as super.
Now when I go to "Other Settings" and "Project Server Gateway" the
"project Server Management" link is disabled. How do I enable it so I
can enter my Project Server info?

Thanks

You have to define a new user group in the User Group Management
section, setting all the 100+ rights on 'Allow'. Then go to the User
Management section and add a new user, making sure you select the new
user goup you defined in the drop-down list at the 'Entire Account'
level.

Then log out with the 'super' and login with the user you just defined
and you should be able to get to the "Project Server Gateway" under
"Other Settings".

Thank you, that fixed the issue for me. Now, I have to figure out
how to get data out of Project Server into PPS. PPS seems to be
a lot more complicated that I originally thought.

Ok, you seem to be one of the few who has done this, so - we have the
Protfolio Server up and running and connected to the MSPS 2003 Production
Server. I can see the Enterprise Outline Codes when I start to define the
mapping template for an Import, however when I run the Bulk Import facility
to import all of the projects from MSPS into portfolio Server, it just does
not import anything. Are there any special tricks ?
