Portfolio Server 2007 Administrator Manual

I see there is a deployment guide which shows how to install Portfolio
Server. There is also a Builder guide that shows how to create projects.
There is also an Optimizer guide that shows how to make decisions on which
projects should proceed. BUT there is no administrator manual that shows how
to configure Portfolio server so the Builder and Optimizer can be used
appropriately. Both Builder and Optimizer guides refer to "see your system
administrator to configure". We are also the system administrator but we
have no manual to refer to.

Where is the Portfolio Server 2007 Administrator Manual?
