Hi:
I've installed Portfolio Server 2007 in the same machine (a virtual machine)
that Project Server 2007. I've created a user with administrative permissions
in PPS and PS. The connection settings are:
- PWA URL: http://servername:33333/PWA/
- Project Server Web Service: http://servername:44444/ssp/
- Windows Integrated authentication
- Project Server language: Spanish (Spain)
The SSP is installed on the http://servername:44444 and its name is
SharedService1. The Portfolio is installed in the Default Web Site.
When I try to synchronize resources in the Project Server Gateway Settings
It shows me the next message:
Could not synchronize resource pools from server 'Project Server OdPe'.
Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but
expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with the error message: -- <HTML
dir="ltr"> <HEAD><meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft SharePoint"
/><meta name="progid" content="SharePoint.WebPartPage.Document" /><meta
HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /><meta
HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" content="0" />
and more things.
Any idea? Is the Web service URL correct or it refers to the PSI URL?
