Portfolio Server 2007 fields and configuration

If you read the message boards, it is apparent that those that are attempting
to implement Portfolio Server are having issues with a disconnect between
what is published as documentation and what is actually needed in order to
implement.

So, with that said, I have a few questions of my own:

1. Within the builder section, in creating a new project, under Project
Info, there are three fields called Project Indicators, Contributors, and
Project Managers. WHERE is this information defined, as right now I have
drop downs with no data in them?

2. I have resources assigned to a project within Project Server, I then
imported the project into Portfolio server. I also was able to import the
resources from the Project Server into Portfolio server. However, when I
view the Resource Tracking field, no resources are displayed and no totals
are shown.

3. WHERE in the deployment, builder, dashboard, or optimizer guides does is
EXPLAIN how to setup the system, such as the financial management, workflow
management, survey management, driver manager, etc?

Anyway, either I am missing a section of documentation, or this is truly an
issue for myself and others and we are just going to have it "work it out"
for ourselves.
