Portfolio Server 2007 / Project Server w/MOSS & SharePoint Services or SharePoint Server ?

For installing / running both Portfolio Server 2007 and Project Server
2007...

If one wishes to use MOSS for forms processing and workflow, is
SharePoint Server a substitution for SharePoint Services or do you
have to have both products?

Also, If you had the $$ for the horsepower, can you run each product
separately on a different server?

e.g.,

1. Server One - Project Server
2. Server Two - SQL Reporting Services
3. Server Three - SQL Server
4. Server Four - Portfolio Server
5. Server Five - SharePoint Services?
6. Server Six - SharePoint Server?
