Portfolio Server Fiscal Year Account Setting

Can anyone tell me how this setting can be changed?

Account Settings -> Start of Fiscal Year

In my installation it was originally set incorrectly to January 2009,
however I cannot change that to July 2009 as it is grey'ed out?

What am I missing?

This probably doesn't help you, but I remember someone telling me that if
there's one thing you should never do, it's accidentally input the wrong
fiscal year. It's apparently quite difficult to change.

From my colleague (and this may have been addressed in a hotfix):

...."But last I knew the only way to change this was by adjusting a database
field called “Offsetâ€. Even in the database you can’t get at the actual
Fiscal Year. But you can adjust the Offset +6, -12, etc. to get to the appropriate
fiscal year...."
