Hello,
do You know if PPM analyse the organizational impacts on a vertical
level?
For example:
Currently the organization has projects A B and C with resources R1 R2
R3 and R4 with specific skills. In case we have a project with maximal
priority - Project D - and if I need to move part of the resources
that I have to that specific project, what are the impacts of the
these alterations as far as the costs and the A B and C project's
deadlines are concerned?
This information should be visible both on an individual and global
level (portfolio).
I'm aware that PPM allows the analysis but for the project's choice.
For ongoing projects I'm not sure how to view it and I don't think EPM
can do it.
