Porting Data from MS Access to SQL Server 7.0

Hi,

I have a database in MS Access which has to be upsized to SQL Server 7.0.I
have a couple of queries
1. Do table relationships get copied when using the data transformation
wizard in SQL Server 7?
2. I have a couple of tables in MS Access where the Child Tables have
Foreign Key values which are not there in the Master-Parent table(primary
key).The tables have a relationship also.How do I copy these tables to SQL
Server?
