porting settings between computers

hi,

i have a laptop a desktop and two other computers in my house and a
file server(clark connect, mainly because its free). On my desktop and
laptop i have amassed a large personalized autocorrect, ignore list,
and template collection. I was wondering, how can i use all of these
on all my computers, even when I'm not home (aka my laptop isn't
connected to the network)?
