Ports that professional uses to communicate with Server 2007

Can anyone tell me the ports that MS Professional uses to connect to
server. I understand that to access PWA you'd use 80 or 443 (SSL) but
does Professional use the same.

E.g. you are working in a remote office (perhaps connnected on a WAN)
and want to upload your project to Server.

Thanks

Hi,

I think Project Pro uses 80 as well as all communication is via web
services. This is different from Project 2003.

All remote communications should be handled via https regardless whether you
choose to put your instance on the standard port or a different port. The
alternative is to use a VPN solution.
