Portuguese (Brazil) Proofing Tools

If proofing tools on the US version does not come with the Portuguese option,
why do not offer it online? I was expecting to be able to find it and dowload
it. I have also a Office 2000, is there any chance I can use my 2000
Brazilian version in order to obtain the dictionary?
