Positioning Logo & Text in a Page Banner

How do I position a logo and text (separate pieces) within a top page banner?
I have the logo then some text separate from it. One on the left side of the
colored shared border (page banner), the other on the right. I hit return but
it doesn't put it where I want. I'm using tables elsewhere on the page and am
unfamiliar with frames. Thanks!

Use tables and table cells.

Don't use Frames...judging by the amount of posts you've made this morning
you're a newbie with FP...and you definitely don't want to complicate your
learning process.

use tables in the shared borders.
