Possibility different user for one particular task

Dear all,

Let's say i want for a particular task that User A or User B be able to
modify this task (if I put User A; User B in project plan they have both to
modify it, it's a "And" and not a "Or" condition).
How can i do it, i do not want to use "assignement" which is a bit painfull
for the user.

In Project Server 2007, there is no way to assign "either or" resources.
Simply assign both of them to the task initially. Whichever one does the
work reports progress on the task. The other one who did no work should set
their Remaining Work to 0h. That's the best way to handle this situation.
