Possible? Drag to arrange tasks in grouped view?

When you have a task list where grouping and sort is set to none, like
in the simple list, you can re-order the tasks by dragging them around.

Is it possible to achieve the same in a grouped view somehow?

Failing that I think I will make one view per project (I have 15-20
projects at any given time).

Is there a limit to the number of views one can have?
