Hello all, today I read prior posts (posted 06 & 07) about creating a
hierarchy of contacts within BCM and don't believe what I want to do is
possible, but you-never-know, as they say. We are a small manufacturer with
national distributors. One of these distributors divides themselves into six
regions and these regions are further divided into between four and six local
offices. Each of these local offices have local sales reps, which report to
local sales managers, which report to regional managers, which report to
national managers. I would like to mirror their hierarchy in my marketing to
them, but I don't belive BCM can handle it. I've been using BCM about 4
months and this is the first I've needed to dive this deep. Thanks in
advance to any advise anyone can share. I'm looking at salesforce.com as an
alternative, by the way.
