We have Project Server 2003 and kept getting the 0x80004005 spooler error on
some projects. We checked the ViewDrop folder and tried that hotfix, but
nothing seemed to work.
We then noticed that in the projects that we generating the error, there was
at least 1 resource that had their "Can Level" field set to Yes, while
everyone else was set to No. We checked-out the entire Enterprise Resource
Pool, inserted the column "Can Level" and set everyone to No. Now the
spooler error has gone away.
