Possible to add documents as attachements in access database?

Hi everyone,

I have recently started using a bespoke database that allows you to attach
any relevant documents (e.g. letters relating to a specific customer).

Is it possible to do this within Access?
I need to set up a database for another use and it would be handy to save
documents here for easy retreival rather thatn saving them in files elsewhere.

This is a new feature in Access 2007, I believe, but as Allen Browne warns on
his site, doing much of this can very rapidly send you towards Access' 2 GB
limit. You would probably be better served to treat them as you should images,
by storing the path to the documents rather than the documents themselves.
