Possible to attach a VBA form to Public Folder Forms Libraray

This may be an elementary question ( I am new to this)

Is it possible to attach a form created in VBA ( Tool, Macros, VBA Editor)
to the public folder forms library ? If so, can anyone tell me how.

At present I have created a project with a OTM extension but I have no idea
how I can distribute that so the users can interact with it as if it is a
form in a Public Folder.
