Possible to convert grouped drawing object to JPG file?

As a hobby I create custom CD artwork in WORD 2000 on a 500Mhz PC running XP
Professional.

I end up with numerous text boxes, drawing objects, word art, clip art,
pictures, etc. and I would like to select all objects on the page, group
them and then somehow convert this grouped object into a JPG file with as
little loss of detail as possible.

Anyone know of a reasonably priced (i.e. cheap) piece of software that can
accomplish this? I've tried this with Ulead PhotoImpact SE but the JPG I
end up with moves things around unexpectedly and loses quite a bit of
detail, so what I end up with doesn't really resemble the original.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the MS Windows application - MS Paint? Not sure if you will
lose too much detail or not -- but worth a try.

Another good graphics program is PaintShopPro(Jasc Software) -- which I
believe you can download a free trial version -- but the full blown app is
under $100. We've used it for years -- and like what it can do.

Thanks Kate G.!

Tried a quick test with MS Paint and I believe it will do exactly what I'm
after with very little loss of detail. And for the right price too!

Appreciate the help.

Thanks again.

If you save the document as a Web page, graphics will be saved out as JPEGs
or GIFs, as appropriate.
