possible to create issues from Project with VBA

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if it would be possible to write some VBA code that
lets a user to create issues in the sharepoint list of the project workspace
from within the Project Client.
It would be using project server 2007 (thus also project pro 2007). I'm
still searching myself, but if anyone has a suggestion to speed up the search
a little, thanks in advance.

I think the only way would be by writing directly to the database which
isn't supported.

Well, that would be a shame. I've been thinking about the way the
'deliverables' work. Because with the manage deliverables you get the project
guide to create new deliverables and link them to tasks. These deliverables
are created in the sharepoint site. So I'm still hoping that it is also
possible for issues and risks.

Creation of items in SharePoint lists can be accomplished using the
SharePoint object model and web services. However, I would really use
VSTO for this, not VBA.
