Is it possible to password-protect project plans after they're published to
the Server? It appears that when my users select password protection and then
publish, the password protection is removed during the publishing, so that
any user with Project Manager rights who can see their plan can check it out
to modify it.
Is this the case? Are there workarounds (aside from limiting access through
security groups, which has already been explored)?
These users are very concerned that someone else in their PMO might
accidentally edit their plan and would like a technological solution, if
possible.
TIA,
