Hi:
Was wondering if anyone has attempted to restrict or more concretely control
access to all project files through use of a group or category.
My idea was to create a group, and then restrict viewing of projects as well
as access of projects to that group and its members.
I'm not sure if there is a switch or setting once I build the group that
will allow me to do this, though - from what I can see, there is only a way
to restrict a user at the individual project level in terms of which projects
they can view,
Also, I get the impression I may be able to restrict group viewing via Web
Access but not necessarily from within the Project Professional application
itself once I connect to Server and open from the Server.
Thoughts/comments/ideas welcome.
Sincerely,
Mark
