Possible to send a custom form and fields to another?

Assisting real estate people with technology. Many want custom contact forms
for real estate. I can design the forms, but there doesn't seem to be a way
to send them to someone else. I have to actually be at their computer, which
is not possible.

Hollis:

That was the first thing that I tried. Form will function somewhat, but
system error
message says that some components are missing. I have since been told by a
software that you cannot send the entire form and fields, as this info is
part of personal folders or something to that effect.

You save them as an Office Template document (.oft) to the file system. Zip the
oft into a zip file, and attach it to a message to the recipient(s). The
message should also tell them how to install their new form.

What components? The simplest solution is to use only the form controls included with Outlook.

If you provide more information about what your forms are supposed to do and what problems you're encountering, you'll get more specific advice.
