possible virus?

I have a user who recently started recieve a message:

[A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you
should choose "No".]

We obviously chose no. This message appears when replying or creating a new
message. Did a virus scan but nothing was found. Spysweeper scan and nothing
was found.

Any information about this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

1) Disable Word as the email editor
2) Remove the add-in from Outlok or Word that is causing the problem. Often
it's Adobe Acrobat's PDFMaker.

This message started to appear after I install some office updates. So I
think it is caused by that. But I'll try to follow your suggestions however I
need more detailed instructions on how to do them.

Thanks,
Tony

I think it's fairly elementry to disable Word as your email editor. As to
the other, if it's Acrobat, uninstall it and reinstall it, choosing a custom
install. Then disable installing the add-in.
