Column A will change. I would like to 'find' Simpson, Homer in rang
B2:B7 and return the value in the cell next to the criteria (A3). I
this possible

=INDEX(A1:A7,MATCH(G1,B1:B7,0))

G1 = the cell that you enter the name you want to find.
