Post 09/12-no further response

Hi,
I posted a problem on 9-12, "Word not responding" at 5:14
p.m. and over the course of a few days, received some
advice on my Word program. There were some requests made
of me by the rep, which I supplied in my latest response
of 9-14 and have not gotten any further info back. Would
someone check on that for me and let me know where we are
on this?? Thanks!! Laura

There are no "reps" here--just other users. If you want help with a problem
posed in a specific thread, you will need to post again in that thread.
