Post a song that can be played, but not downloaded ?

in FrontPage 2002:
I already know how to post a song that can be downloaded and/or played.

But how do I post a song that can be played, but NOT downloaded ?

Also, how do I have a song automatically start playing when someone visits a
specific page on my site?
