Post-Install ==> Performance

We currently have MS Project Server 2003, SQL 2000 Slandered, and WSS on the
same machine. We will not be hosted more than 15 project at one time.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to which files could be moved to a
high performance disk partition in order to increase performance?
