Post marked text from Word file to MySQL

Hello!
My task is to select some text in the Word file, press a shortcut and writethis selected text to a given table in the MySQL database. Are there / somewhere ready to use makros or scripts to do this art of tasks? Would somebody advice me into the right direction or provide a (part of) script?
