One of my users has managed to have a bar placed in his inbox reading pane
between the field bar under "Inbox" and the first message. This is Outlook
2003 with SP1. Any ideas on where I can find the setting for this? In one of
the boxes of the bar in faint letters it says "Post Message Here"
