post page of discussion webpage

i set up a discussion page, and all seem fine until you post something, there
is no way to reply to the post, ..what do i need to add to get this working?

i'm using FP2000

Redo the DW as a subweb and chose the Frames option (which adds the links for Post/Reply/Search)

i have redone the DW 5 times, it seems to stay the same, and after you post
to it, there still is no reply on the post, i did the wizard, and chose the
3section frames page for the part it asks that, otherwise i saw no place to
choose frames other than there, i did one of these for a different website,
and it works fine, i originall had one on this page, but removed it because
of adult spammers, so i just deleted the pages on both sides and started
over, maybe that has something to do with it, any more suggestions, i would
really like the "reply" on the posts
