Post SP3 fix for Drop Down List

Since Office 2003 SP3 has been installed some drop down lists have not
being displaying correctly. I have found that this is due to either
the format of the control or table's field having > as the format.

Does anybody now if the is a patch available to fix this from
occurring in databases?

I have applied that hot fix now.

The hotfix did not show up as missing in the Microsoft Update or MBSA
tool. Is there way of finding out what hotfixes are available for
which Microsoft Products installed on a pc or a list of them?
