Postcard template, place DIFFERENT pictures on each quadrant

I'm helping a real estate agent friend create postcards. Can I place a
different picture in a frame so ther are 4 different ones on one sheet of
postcard paper?
I tried each card has the same picture

Thank you for the information and I see where this could be helpful but in
this case the text is the same on each postcard but the picture of the real
estate changes.

Just setup a page of postcards, copy/paste the text.
Page setup, Landscape, Arrange menu, Layout Guides, .5 margins, Grid guides, 2
rows, 1 inch spacing, 2 columns, 1 inch spacing
