Posting a calendar with Outlook

Exchange 2003, IIS6.0 with Front Page 2002 entension installed and patched.
When trying to post with Outlook 2003 using Save as Web Page feature to the
web location I get "OPERATION FAILED" and press OK. It never posts. Look at
the IIS logs they give me a 200 successfull operation for my posting but only
on one line. I never see the posting of the rest it just stops there. Any
ideas?

It pronpted me once and then there was that error. The login was successfull
via the security logs.
