Which version of Publisher are you using?
Do you have any forms on your site?
What is the URL of your site?
Which version of IE are you using?
Are you using the free hosting or the paid hosting at GoDaddy?

Please describe your situation and problem in more detail and we might be
able to help.

You didn't bother answering three of my questions or explaining what your
specific problem is, so I will suggest that you spend some time reading the
directions on how to publish and upload your site, but more carefully than
you did in answering my questions.

If you are using IE6:
Reference: How to publish a Publisher web publication (FTP) :
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/pages/80556.aspx

Reference: How to trouble-shoot Publisher web upload issues :
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/pages/80560.aspx

Reference: Prepare, publish, and maintain your Publisher Web site:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/publisher/HA100947601033.aspx
It is written for Pub 2007, but if you are using IE7 instead of IE6, then
the directions for using Vista also would apply to Pub 2003. FTP and HTTP
uploading has changed with the introduction of IE7 and Vista.

Reference: GoDaddy: Using Windows Vista to Upload Your Site:
http://help.godaddy.com/article/4191?isc=gd50bbd15
Describes what an FTP client is and how to use Windows Vista Network Places
to upload your Web site to your host.

Reference: GoDaddy: Using Windows XP to Upload Your Site:
http://help.godaddy.com/article/106?isc=gd50bbd15

If you choose to use FTP uploading then consider downloading and installing
the free FTP client FileZilla:
http://filezilla-project.org/ It is likely to be easier for you. Also
peruse this page: http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/documentation/

If you don't know your web site URL or your domain name, then you need to
start there. Not much you can do without it and the ftp login information.

To determine the version of IE open the browser > Help > About IE.

As for the rest, the references I gave you provides all the information you
need to publish your site and upload it to your host.

You need to upload the folder "index_files" and all its contents to the
server
Then you will have access to all of your site
