Posting in Word issue

I am trying to generate a report for my boss that is basically purchase order
that he wants to e-mail to a supplier. Our company logo is on the top of the
for and the report in our letterhead. The logo is saved as a .bmp, bound to
both the form and the report.

My problem is that when I try to publish the report using Word, the logo
disappears. I have tried several different things to get it to go into Word,
but no success at this time. I know there has to be a way of doing this.

Sorry,
Access graphics, lines, etc., do not export when you publish to Word.
If you must use Word (see ** below), why not simply run off 100+
copies of just the logo.
Then use those same sheets later to run the Purchase Order report in
Word.

** Or print the reports in Access and save all of this effort.

If that would fix my situation i would do just that but, my boss does not
want a hard copy, he wants something he can save electronically and then
attach to an e-mail. He wants to be as paperless as possible. He wants the
logo on the form, the report, and the e-mail ready version.

Does the report need to be in word? You could export to .SNP format -
the problem is that "e-mail ready" implies that your boss may be
sending the document to someone w/o the snapshot viewer. How about
PDF? It seems that everybody has that nowadays. Does the document need
to be editable?

I now believe my boss is sending me on a wold goose chase. The company
president now wants to be able to e-mail purchase orders, quotes, and
invoices without having to have a hard copy. He is also not very computer
literate, so if I can get it right into outlook that would really help me
out. Kepping in mind the company logo is a picture, and for clairity
purposes, I want to keep lines between fields as they are on my report, I
need to find a way to get the report from Access to Outlook. I have found a
book that has few ideas to work with, but I am not completely sure it is
going to work. I will keep the thread posted if it works or not, but any
ideas are appreciated.
