Posting insrtuctions for this forum

I like these forums (and this one in particular). I have learned quite a bit
and been able to solve many of my problems due to help found within. With
that said I have a suggestion.

In other forums I have visited, there is a prominent post that remains the
first post in the forum. It has instructions/suggestions for posting and a
link to the FAQ section with a preface in the post showing the most common
questions and assuring the reader that the solution they need is most likely
there.

"...here you will be able to find how to link your site to show PDF, Word
and Excel documents, PowerPoint slideshows, video files, etc. You can also
learn about ways to open pictures and hyperlinks in a new window, why your
page justifies to the left side of the screen, why your form doesn't work,
how to add a shopping cart, etc."

The one thing that I can note from my initial impression of these help areas
is that MS doesn't always make it easy to get where you need to go in 2-3
clicks. This is understood with the vast amount of info they need to
present. I think that a solution like this would solve the FAQ's or simple
questions once someone makes it here.

My $.02
Chris
