I tried to reply to a post that was germane to my
experience, but it was rejected because I'd left
the "Sender's name" blank inadvertantly. There was no way
to go beck to the reply, I had to re-enter it.

The second time, I followed the newsgroup's advice and
included "(nospam)" in my email address, and the reply got
rejected a second time for an improper value in the email
address.

Picky, picky, picky - if you give us advice, don't kick us
in the butt for following it!

Suggest you use a real news reader application, not the web interface.
Outlook Express you already have, but there are others, e.g. Mozilla.
