Posting Outlook 2002 Calendar using FTP

I'm trying to post my calendar to my comcast personal web space. I want to
do it from Outlook with the "Save As Web Page..." directly to my web space.
I put the address in FTP://upload.comcast.net/~username thinking it would
ask me for the password. But all I get is "The Operation Failed". I can
save it to disk and use CuteFtp to upload it but that's a pain in the ass
and I want to update this at least once a day if not more. Does anyone know
how to enter the user name/password in?
