Posting pictures in Frontpage forum

I have a forum in which I would like users to be able to post pictures
that are hosted elsewhere.
I have tried the options below and they all just make a link to the
picture.
Does anyone have a code that will allow a user to post a picture using
the Frontpage forums?

Not supported, you will need to use a 3rd party forum application.
