is there a way I can post post the actual problem without it been jungled?

If you mean the actual file, no, you should not post file attachments
here. Your best best is to explain in plain language the goal, the
question, and a small but representative set of the data. Not only will
you get more views this way, but it forces you to analyze the problem
and zero in on the issues.

If you feel you must, you can upload your file to the web somewhere and
include a link in your message, but understand that some folks will not
look at it as downloading workbooks poses a security risk.

I just now thought, you may have meant by "jungled" that your example
data becomes difficult to read after posting because of column alignment
problems. This is a challenge for me as well.

The best advice I can give there is to constrain the sample to as few
columns as possible, and use spaces (in place of tabs that may be
embedded) to present your data nicely. It takes some effort though. I
have often thought it would be nice to make a program that renders
tab-delimited input proper for Usenet posting.
