Hi Furshore,
Is it posssible to insert the postnet bar codes in the
address portion of a letter. This letter will go in a
double window envelope. If it is possible how is it done.
Inserting Barcode fields directly is error-prone and a lot
of work. The easiest way to get what you want is
1) Set up an envelope merge (don't worry, just keep on
reading) to the same data source as your letter will use
2) Include the barcode in the address setup
3) View the envelope (close the mail merge helper if this is
Word 2000 or 97)
4) COPY the barcode and paste it into your merge letter
5) Close the envelope without saving.
